Earle Burrows Registered PhysiotherapistBSc, Cert MDT

Earle is the CEO of Human Performance PC. He is a McKenzie certified Physiotherapist and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dalhousie University and a Physiotherapy degree from Queens University.

Earle is the leader of a talented team of physiotherapists, massage therapists, kinesiologists and support staff. He figured out early in his 25 + year career that the easiest way to "Achieve your best" is to surround yourself with the best!

To say that he is passionate about all endurance sports would be an understatement. He is an accomplished age group triathlete and especially loves spending time cycling and cross country skiing attempting to keep up with his family.

Patricia Sennett Registered PhysiotherapistBSc, Cert MDT, CAFCI

Patricia (Trish) is a McKenzie and Acupuncture certified Physiotherapist with Human Performance PC. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University and has been working for 30 plus years.

Trish strives to be empathetic, in order to create a treatment experience that is welcoming and individualized, thus promoting a successful partnership with her patients. She has a special interest in women’s health, with training in the treatment of women (pregnant or not) with pelvic pain. She wants women to feel comfortable about seeking help for urinary incontinence and pelvic pain and know that management, if not resolution, is available. She is a member of the Women’s Health Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Outside of work Trish enjoys spending her leisure time with family and friends playing tennis, walking, bicycling, skiing and playing piano duets. You can also find her volunteering within her local and professional community and maybe even tap dancing ‘The Buffalo’.

Sarah Estabrooks Kinesiologist, Ergonomics ConsultantBSc (HK)

Sarah Estabrooks is a kinesiologist and fitness centre manager with Human Performance P.C. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Sarah is also a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association.

Sarah has been working as a kinesiologist for 12 years. She has a passion for working with people from young to not-so-young, helping them reach their goals and improve their function. She works with physiotherapy patients developing their exercise programs and return to work training, local athletes to take their performance to the next level and the general membership helping them achieve their fitness goals and leading group programming. Sarah also works outside the fitness centre conducting ergonomic evaluations in a variety of settings.

Outside of work Sarah can be found officiating ice hockey as a certified Level III official with Hockey Canada. She also enjoys camping, hiking, playing ball hockey, volunteering with the local animal shelter and working around her home with family.

Alexandra Ljungstrom Registered Massage TherapistRMT

Alexandra is a caring, compassionate and knowledgeable massage therapist with the Human Performance Centre. She graduated from the University of New Brunswick, Saint John, with a Psychology degree and gained her Diploma in Massage Therapy from Compu College.

She is experienced in general Swedish massage, lymphatic drainage, craniosacral techniques, sports massage and pain management. She is available for appointments Monday through Friday.

Alexandra has a passion for massage therapy and lives life fully knowing she is helping people everyday.

She lives an active lifestyle with a love of exercise and the outdoors.

Trevor Watson Registered PhysiotherapistMSc PT

Trevor is a Physiotherapist with Human Performance PC. He holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Kinesiology from the University of New Brunswick, and a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy from Dalhousie University.

Always interested in furthering his education, Trevor has completed courses in the McKenzie method of diagnosis and treatment, manual therapy, acupuncture, and neuro-proprioceptive taping. As physiotherapy is always evolving, Trevor’s passion for his clients and the profession ensures that he stays up-to-date with the latest treatment techniques. Trevor is a registered member of the College of Physiotherapists of New Brunswick as well as the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.

Outside of work, Trevor is very passionate with his involvement in the local sporting community. Having grown-up participating in several sports, Trevor continues to enjoy his time on the soccer pitch, golf course, squash courts, as well as hiking with his family.

Christina Randell Registered Massage Therapist

Christina is a Registered Massage Therapist, and an active member of the College of Massage Therapists of New Brunswick.

She has a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Thomas University with a double major in Criminology and Psychology followed by 2 years at University of New Brunswick for her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology.

She graduated from the Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage with additional certifications in:

Aside from work, Christina has spent 10 + years coaching competitive swimming working with a wide range of physical abilities. She is very athletic and loves the sport of swimming and finds herself in and out of the pool and open water.

Aisha Khedheri Registered DietitianMEd, RD

Aisha holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Dalhousie University, Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Acadia University, Master of Adult Education degree from the University of New Brunswick, and completed a dietetic internship program at Vancouver General Hospital. She is a member of the New Brunswick Association of Dietitians. Aisha has been working as a dietitian in the field of health promotion and chronic disease prevention for over 25 years. She has also instructed university courses on nutrition and health promotion.

Aisha’s favourite activity is running, and she has completed many full marathons. She is a member of Fitness New Brunswick and instructs a variety of group fitness class formats. She enjoys motivating and supporting others to enjoy life, be healthy, and achieve their best by being active and eating well.

Mairi Simonds-Forster Registered PhysiotherapistMSc PT

Mairi is a physiotherapist with the Human Performance Centre. She completed her education at Dalhousie University, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology (Honours) and Masters of Science in Physiotherapy.

Mairi is passionate about continued education. She has completed various post-graduate courses and frequently reviews recent treatment techniques. She enjoys working with clients to help them better understand their body, improve their quality of life, and reach their goals.

Her treatment approach focuses on education, functional and realistic exercise programs, manual therapy, and therapeutic modalities,

Outside of work, Mairi spends her time with her family and friends. She enjoys going to the gym, yoga, and cooking.
